Finger Tentacles

THE TENTACLES. THEY'RE ALIVE.
These five groping finger tentacles make for a fun stocking stuffer sort of gift, or a really easy costume accessory. They're usually about US$10, give or a take a couple of dollars.

They come as a a set of awesome orange-red finger tentacles, which are creepy, fun, make for an ideal squid or octopus themed costume, or just for being generally weird. Or taking photos!

They're harvested from the rare and deadly Catthulhu, a strange feline horror found on laps and near fireplaces. Through a complicated and deadly process, these tiny tentacles, which serve no known purpose and drop off whenever the Catthulhu is tickled using a special technique, are dried out and preserved.

Each tentacle is identical, and depending on how large your fingers are, may only fit up to the knuckle, but are pretty secure. They are quite stiff and don't stretch. They also smell a little rubbery, though that's wearing off over time.

I originally saw them being worn at a local convention by another artist - I think he got more attention for the tentacles than for his work!

Originally bought from ThinkGeek, they're no longer in stock on that site but can easily be found on Amazon.

The terribly adorable Catthulhu roams the carpet.
Or just lazes around. Whichever.

You can also get some other noodly appendages, to achieve full tentacle glory, like the Inflatable Cthulhu Arm, the fantastic Tentacle Mustache, or maybe just your own Giant Pacific Octopus to sit around the place. In fact... you could have a completely Cthulhu party.
